My 43-year background in business and finance prepares me for an experienced approach to issues like the national debt, economics, and inflation. I understand the complex Federal Reserve system and congressional budgeting. My experiences as Chairman of the Montana Banking Board and Chairman of the Montana Board of Investments prepare me for regulatory and pension issues. I think Federal Reserve Chairman Powell is doing a good job of now focusing on inflation. He was President Trump’s best appointment, and I am pleased President Biden reappointed him.
